Well Bear, I DO hope to be wrong, but I've lost TWO like this over the last couple of yrs., I know that particular color of fade. But you are trying reasonable remedies. If you've got any VF-11 I'd try some of that as well. I'll certainly wish you good luck in this. Mine were EA & had tags, that's why I'm recognizing the whole plant. I don't think it's a bad thing to take cuttings of one's plants as insurance. Sometimes I do it to give friends, or folks who I know can grow something better than I; sometimes just 'cause I like the plant well enough to have more than one around. 'Til recently I had my original H. kerrii in the bathroom window, (frosted which it loves), but also two other pots of its cuttings as well.

Nice find, Meesh! I never find ANYthing good at Walmart, though occasionally, I find one at Lowe's or HD. Got my polyneura at Lowe's before they had a chance to decimate it. I did change the soil (as much of it as I could) and it's done well for me. Now, if I could just get flowers! It teases me with what looks like tiny peduncles forming, but they never develop past a certain stage. Denise in Omaha

Denise, now I'm doublely intimidated... you have a beautiful home and such wonderful plants! Your second picture, do you have those Pella blinds that drop between the glass? I see glass, but I see blinds of some type on the other side of the glass... ? And how CLEVER is that, to attach a trellis to the interior window frame!!!!? Denise, your home has architectural detail that I would sell most of my plants for! That door looks like maple, and the woodwork around your spectacular windows is wonderful. Thank You from a fan for Never Painting Them! Both of your homes are wonderful. Your plants make me jealous. I am SO going to bug DH for a hanging set up in my bathroom. Hills, The blooms are about 2cm. There's a slight fragrance, but I'm not sure what it is. Trust me - I have WAY more hoyas not flowering....have been pretty lucky so far this year! Denise, Odoratas leaves are thin as well, but more stiff than IM. The leaves are also sort of dull in comparison to IM. I love the white/green color combination of the flowers though. Hope I have a little more success with this one! Kelly
