I always use an extender with Aura. It gives you more time before drying. If you're painting a bathroom, research "surfactant leaching." This happens when the paint in a bathroom isn't fully cured, and you use the shower. Google photos of surfactant leaching. Most paint stores will say latex cures in a few days, but I had this problem in two homes and did extensive research. You get ugly drips down the walls, and they are yellow or brown. You can wash it off, but it comes back. Now, when I paint a bathroom, I wait 30 days before using the shower. That may be overkill, and if you only have one shower, that would not be possible.

Thanks all! Barb...I got a chuckle out of it and out of the fact that you're not the first one to say you wouldn't go w/EXPO b/c of my problems. They just don't seem to get it that in this day & age of the internet, any time they give someone a hard time the story will spread far & wide! I hope you get your oven tomorrow Pupwhipped! I didn't realize we started the same day! Mustbnuts...I'd say maybe 75-80% done....this is what the other side of the kitchen looks like... what granite you do see is not secured...it's just sitting there until a replacement cabinet comes in...another 3 or 4 weeks! We also have no toe kick on any cabinets + furniture molding + in-cabinet lights, about 1/3 of the outlets/lights aren't finished, etc. So, there's still quite a bit to do...but at least it's semi-functional!!!! I'm OK with it taking a while to finish...I'm just glad to get a DW back!

I have a stainless Kohler sink so can't comment re: your sink color, but I do have the Simplice faucet in vibrant stainless and the Kohler sink flange, which is very nice. I also ordered a drain strainer basket (that little piece that you put over the drain so water can drain but bits of food get caught in the basket) from Kohler. It's fine, but someone recently posted a much nicer one from a different mfr. It was standard size, though, so should fit your drain. It was maybe 2 inches deep, shaped kind of like a bowl with vertical sides, so it would hold much more stuff. I'm sorry I can't remember who posted it. It was too late for me.

@eam44 Look more closely at the specification sheet for the KWC Livello. This faucet is made of brass. The finish is stainless steel. Stainless steel can be present because the entire faucet is made of stainless steel such as in the case of the famous MGS faucets (check MGS's Spin or Nemo models similar to the Livello), but this is not so with KWC. The KWC stainless steel finish is electroplated as @StarCraft Reviews noted in a previous comment. This is not as durable as if it were applied via PVD coating or if the entire faucet were stainless steel. Yes, the tiny layer on top of the brass probably is all stainless steel, but how it was applied makes a world of difference. I did locate the KWC review of finish peeling that I bookmarked a while back and see now that it referred to a chrome finish, but chrome is also often done with electroplating, so I'd research the durabiliy of electroplating before committing. If I were you, I'd also read other reviews of not just Livello but other KWC faucets on sites like Amazon, Build, and Quality Bath. You'll learn a lot about the mechanics of a particular brand that way, and KWC has garnered plenty of reviews to peruse. The "Edge" line of In2Aqua features the more sleek styling closest to Livello, and I do apologize as there is not an identical match on this faucet because the one I had remembered was a bath style that does not feature a pull-out wand. You can put bath faucets in the kitchen but mentioned you wanted a pull-out. Many of the KWC and In2Aqua styles do have equivalents which I assumed was due to the president of KWC founding In2Aqua and bringing trade secrets with him. Once again I will encourage you to review the @StarCraft Reviews list given above to direct you to faucets made of stainless steel rather than brass if that is your criteria.
