We can't pull the sink forward. There is no space. (What is the FKB, BTW?) We already have our faucet (which I love) and it is not a wall-mount. It is a set with the spout, a single handle, a sprayer, and a soap dispenser. I've included a link to my blog with the picture of the (unfinished) sink. (I don't know how to post a picture directly on here.) The wood behind the sink is for the bar, which will have the same granite as the counters (backsplash in granite, too). Thanks to those who added pictures. And I never thought about the 90° vs 180° swing. You will be able to use that hole if that is where you want the faucet. My seam is also in the midline and the fabricator just centered the faucet cutout over the seam (which is where the pre-made hole in my Blanco Stellar SS sink was)

You have a shut off valve for hot and cold under the sink. You can adjust how open they are and make the "full blast" not as powerful. Will save water also. Useful for when the faucet puts out more water than what the drain can handle as well.

When you look for a faucet make sure to go to the spec sheets and see if there is and escutcheon plate available. It will give you the sleek look of a single handle faucet but cover the 2 holes... Here is one from American Standard
