Comments (20)Thanks Ann. Yes YBDB does transition later in the season. Mine has never gone as dark as yours but different sun exposure could explain that. I was thinking Striptease like Debra but your pic this a.m. shows YPDB. Debra YB is lovely. What a great name in ZP and a very cute plant. Mike YR is a beauty. Paula your Zounds is terrific. You are a hoot. Beth I had never heard of Zonda before. It looks good. Another nice YR. Lisa great transition shots and another very nice YSR. joc nice to see you back. What a lovely ZDD....See MoreHosta Noids 2024
Comments (22)debra..I like your chartreuse NOID 👍..I can't help with the ID..my Abiqua Drinking Gourd seems more cupped than the NOID of yours that you thought could be ADG.. Laurie..I tried to find more photos of my NOID..even a group shot that I could crop..no luck..the leaves and the overall size are on the small side..I don't recall the flowers..my guess is if it had flowers they weren't special.....See MoreHosta Green 2024 ...... ......
Comments (12)Laurie..it seems to me that each hosta in their own setting does their own thing and has their own look lol.. I have lots of NOID greens..I'm thankful for every hosta that was here but in my opinion I've planted the prettiest special ones.. this would be interesting but I doubt if I ever accomplish it 😆..totals of greens, blues, golds, chartreuse, grn/wht etc in my garden.. maybe someday we can do a post and hear other's totals..for fun not a competition.. a few years ago after 1 case of HVX I inspected my hostas..decided why not count them..I had 504..I estimated clumps..I'd say that's at least 5, etc..if I counted clausa individually (don't remember what number I gave them) my 504 would be 1000!.....See MoreHosta Giants and Large 2024 ....
Comments (19)more pictures..it's March 1st..a new month makes me happy..😃 it doesn't seem possible that I could see this spring look in 2 weeks or less..pic taken March 15 2024.. I love Krossa Regal..these were "free-you dig"..who wouldn't want these?..they were very nice people but I don't understand their decision 🤷♀️..their backyard was almost empty..and really sad after I took the Krossa Regals.. I saw a crocus..just one in a random spot..I didn't plant it.....See MoreRelated Professionals
