Comments (1)seems like simple cause and effect here. Cabots=1 year old=beads Olympic=3 years old=no beads Maybe the olympic had air incursion in the can causing it to chemically change. I'd say get something new and re-do the Olympic section....See MoreDeck stain gets dirty immediately - anything to help?
Comments (3)Ugh, how annoying! We have a very dark brown solid stain on our retaining wall that supports our driveway. If anyone steps on top of the wall it leaves marks like that, but ours tends to wash off with rain or a hose. Perhaps you could invest in a sizable outdoor rug in a punchy color/pattern?...See MoreDeck Staining Design
Comments (3)IMO the hog wire really does not suit the house BTW all kids are climbers .I would have done a metal railing system with glass panels in maybe bronze metal or just nice simple black I think those post at the bottom need to be beefed up even if just for looks. Tha space underneath is pretty useless unless you are planning to finish it properly. It would have been better to plan a2 or 3 level deck instaed and the stairs then would have also been much safer.. Now to stain I would do a dark gray with the white that you are planning since you want the new siding to be a gray. I have no idea where you would put stone on this house so maybe before going any further get an architect or exterior designer to help with renditions...See MoreRelated Professionals
