Condensation issue if I insulate/shield the gas line from dryer vent?

last month

Do I have to worry about condensation around the gas line? If I wrap the gas line with ceramic blanket material, use foil tape to hold that on, then put sheet metal around that to act as a shield/guide for the dryer vent pipe (only on outside of drywall).

I have the gas line that crosses in front of the recessed dryer vent wall pan I am putting in. Dryer vent shouldn't contact the gas line. I'm going to use DryerFlex which should contract when I push the dryer into place. So if I have the metal shielding around the gas pipe it should hold it underneath, then curve up into the wall pan.

I live in a condo, top 2 of 3 floor building. Gas line runs through unheated attic space then down unheated chase for 1 floor, then down the wall to where it is on my lower floor. Condo has gap between framing and firewall so air does get around. I live in northern New Jersey (near NYC) so winters can get down to single digits. And I've seen my attic up to 125 degrees at 5 feet above the ceiling in the summer. So, winter, pipes can be cold and utility room probably in the 80s since fernace is there. Summer, utility room can get down to lower to mid 60s I think when A/C is running. I don't know much about these gas pipes. And you can count on the original builders being incompetant so no idea how well they may be put together. Last thing I want to do is cause them to be compromised some how. Not going to remember to keep checking pipe for condensation, which also would be a pain to pull apart and put back together insulation and flashing.
