How many people use this bathroom? There is actually a decent amount of vanity space and storage in the unit you placed between the toilet and sink. I honestly think you have too much stuff!

1. Get rid of things you don't like, don't use, don't need. Really, how much stuff does one person need? There are two of us sharing my bathroom and we have two vanity drawers. That is it.

2. What needs to be stored in here vs stored in a hallway closet, a bedroom closet, a linen closet? Have you maximized closets outside of this room to accommodate as many towels and other items as possible? I have a great organizer inside the door of my husband's clothes closet, which is next to our bathroom door. The organizer has all of our medicine and over flow bathroom stuff.

3. The white shelf behind the door could be replaced by a similar unit that goes floor to ceiling. Take down the towel bar and switch to hooks instead. They could go on the back of your door or on the side of the white cabinet. I don't have room for a towel bar in my bathroom and am surprised by how well towels dry on a hook.
