None of the above. All of the lights you listed are no good for plants and way over priced. The T5s would work but not in a T8 fixture. Go to walmart and buy some 21" 14w T5s for around $10 each(fixture and all) if they will fit in your vivarium. T5 bulbs are not expensive if you buy them at a big box store like lowes, home depot or walmart. I use 4 21" 14w T5s on all my 10 gallon tanks and plants grow good. Even high light plants like venus fly traps and pitcher plants do well.

The inside of the can should tell you which light bulbs can be used. Somewhere inside there is a label. If not, there may be a manufacturer's number where you can go on line or call to find out which bulb is appropriate for that particular can. It may turn out that you need to get a short halogen bulb that will go up to 120 watts. This is usually a 120PAR/CAP/FL. I hope that this helps.

My light fixture is only 100w max. So that means I can put 100 watt reveals in there or use mini spiral cfls which they have 100w and 150w similiar versions of but its only 23-30 watts which would be brighter. I know the diff bulbs make the room paint look diff color, I want it to be pleasing, and able to see for when my wife puts on makeup since its our only light fixture in there. Maybe I should buy them all and try it out and pick one I like best and return the rest to lowes or homedepot. By the way, do you guys try to put the max in there or just what you need? Like would you just put 100 watt in all of them or just put 75 w in all? To be honest, I have no idea how you know what you need, but I was told that I should look for light with most lumens which will bright the room more. But again I'm confused cause I've seen some softwhite bulbs put out more lumens than some bright white in same wattage so I'm confused again. lol

I think that it has been my second CFL twisty that was in a table lamp on my desk that shone on that and the computer desk. It's been going off occasionally lately and for a while when I twisted it in the socket it would light again, but soon it'd only flash for a second or so, then go out again. So it looks as though it's had the biscuit. It's been three or four years, I think - but many of my incandescents lasted for quite a while and they cost a great deal less. I think that I've heard that the CFLs work best when they're on for a long time, but not so well when they're turned off and on quite a lot. If one were to leave them on for many hours on end prior to the next need ... when not using them, not much saving of power there. Haven't tried LED yet. ole joyful
