i'm in st louis, mo. i know it's pretty invasive. i had some at another location between the sidewalk & curb where it had set boundaries. it grew into mounds & completely covered shrubs, flowers, fire hydrant, stray animals..........i have a spot with erosion problems & have no worries about it's invasive nature.

Factory finished, distressed hardwood with saw and chatter marks which would make this a "character" grade floor or LOWER. The advertisement would certainly read: "Rustic Charm". This is probably red or white oak in a walnut-like stain. There are tremendous amounts of knots in this floor = sock snagger! Yep. If you get the low-grade cousin of this floor, you will find your socks will be shredded by Christmas. The saw chatter marks will also be quite rough. Again, if you get the HIGH-END floor, the roughness will only be visual. If you get the cheap version (less than $7/sf) you will get a VERY rough floor that will probably snag anything that touches the floor. Personally I would look at walnut to achieve the look without the nasty surprises.

The production company for the show (RTR) has a web site. Unfortunately they don’t list the tile used, only the supplier - and the link to the supplier’s page is broken. RTR has a “contact us” page where you can ask for help tracking down the tile. Good luck!

It appears you've selected an all vinyl window with 4 standard colors. Their brochure says "If our standards leave you wanting and you don't mind a little wait, try one of our now 24 custom colors." What made you change your mind about avoiding a specal order? The limited informaiton on thier website indicates a typical vinyl window configuration that is not compatible with a traditional design.
