Updates for lake house kitchen

last month

We are trying to do a refresh of the kitchen at our lake house (but not a total renovation). We use it as a vacation house for ourselves, but also rent it out when we're not using it. So whatever we use needs to be pretty indestructible. I'm looking for advice for possibly replacing the tile floor and/or the backsplash, since I truly do not love those. I'm pretty sure I will keep the granite and the cabinets. But the tile floor needs to fit somewhat with the medium wood floors in the main room. I was thinking a slate-look tile and maybe white long subway tiles. Something like this? https://www.lowes.com/pd/Satori-Gios-Graphite-12-in-x-24-in-Matte-Porcelain-Stone-Look-Tile-1-93-sq-ft-Piece/5013606471 and https://www.lowes.com/pd/Boutique-Ceramic-Boutique-Crafted-White-3-in-x-12-in-Glazed-Ceramic-Subway-Wall-Tile-0-24-sq-ft-Piece/1001031238. But I'm very much open to suggestions! I'm including the angle from the kitchen looking out to the living room and lake, in case that's helpful. Excuse the mess, just doing other projects at the time!
