Need help with closet doors

My office has a corner where the entry door is on one wall and a 60 inch non cased closet opening is on the other wall. There is only about an inch between where the entry door casing ends and where the adjoing wall would be if not for the closet opening. The closet originally had bifold foors mounted in the closet opening. I hated them because they blocked so much space on each side when open, and of course I had to close the entry door to get into the closet.I'm trying to figure out a better option for keeping the closet hidden but still accessible. For now, I have a curtain mounted on a rod that is attached to the underside of the closet opening. It works very well, but I'm not happy with the look. I think my only other option is is add some framing on perpendicular wall next to the entry door and use french style doors. I would still have to close the entry door to get into the closet, but at least I would probably have a wider access opening with the doors open.Does anyone have any other ideas?
