Bathroom vanity advice needed - Prefab? RTA? Custom?

last month

We are renovating our master bathroom. We want to replace our current very old builder's grade vanity which resides in an alcove. The new vanity would sit between two walls, and the space is 75.75" wide. We want two sinks and to maximize easy-access storage. I have a VERY strong preference for drawers.

Originally, I was looking at 72" prefab vanities, and found one I really like that is available without a countertop, so I could get one custom cut to fit. But this would still leave a tiny gap on each side of the vanity base which would be uncleanable. Do fillers strips exist that might work with prefab vanities?

So I started looking at RTA, but I can't find any that offer sink bases with drawers like this prefab that I like. Does anyone know of a company that has RTA all-drawer sink base cabinets?

Is custom my only option? How much will custom cost? Any advice on how to find a good custom cabinet company?

I would be very disappointed to have to fall back on door-cabinets, but also don't want to spend an arm and a leg. Any other suggestions?
