Hello everybody, my wife and I are planning to enhance our house. Currently we have a house that looks like this.

We are only planning on enhancing the 1rst floor of the house, upstairs there is nothing to do for now.

This is a detailed view of each room of the house below :

All the walls here are full bricks walls.

There are 2 things to consider, the garage is 2 steps lower than the rest of the house as well as the dressing.

What we'd like to achieve is to have all the house at the same level, so garage would become a part of the house too.

We'd like to have a small office because we are sometimes working from home and we'd like to have a space at the 1rst floor too. We'd like to have a big area with living room and kitchen as open as it is possible to be and have bigger areas.

So far we have made plans that look like this :

So far we kind of like what we planned, but we would like to have some feedback and maybe ideas from the community :)
