Ta Da! My first rose bud for the year opened today, hurray!
Comments (3)Its starting very slowely. A bud here and there scattered around but not enought to be truely noticeable. I think if we don't get some deluge of a rain storm to ruin the blooms then this will be the best spring flush in my yard since I started growing roses afew years ago....See MoreHurray! Camille Pisarro at Amity
Comments (8)mgleason- Ha! Now I feel better. You had better hurry and order Camille from Amity before they run out. I have a real striped convention going. I have the three striped from RU, Henri Mattisse, Alfred Sisley and Julio Iglesias. I don't know why I didn't get Grimaldi. Then my Camille Pissarros from Amity. terry- I remember someone posted pictures of CAMILLE PISARRO here on the rose forum, last year or the year before. I thought it was the most beautiful rose I have ever seen. Never could quite get it out of my mind. I know I would like it ivory or yellow. I got two so I could put them in two different spots. I want them to grow fast!...See MoreHurray, Hurray 12 Daylily Flowers Today.
Comments (25)Well, I bought them and planted them and hardly ever got rid of any so I must have them LOL! My yard is really not that big, pretty much what I consider a normal sized lot back in the old days. But it is very multi level. That gave me lots of oppurtunites for terracing. I actually had to do terracing to get usable space in many pockets of the yard. It also allows for more intensive planting as the terraces let everything get seen. Plus stuff is really not very far apart around here. I have a tendency to jam it all in. Not much grass left here either....See MoreHurray for the pros on this board!
Comments (21)I agree with what everyone else has said! I first started reading this forum for info on appliances. Then moved to kitchens. Then had to look up words like plug mold and air switch. This forum really helped me get things set in my mind then helped me stand firm to (most) of my choices. And most of the time i just read and never posted! When i did have a question, it was answered quickly---even though it was probably asked a thousand times before. (can't quite get the hang of the searching on here or google) Thanks to all the posters and patient people on here, I have a great kitchen that I love! Gotta post my reveal one of these days ;)...See MoreRelated Professionals
