resolve to be imperfect.

Not make any resolutions is my first thought.

Second is, resolve to increase / improve something you’re already doing.

Third thought is, announce your resolution to everyone you know - that has a chance of shaming you into keeping your resolution.

Accept failure

Keep at it. It takes anywhere from weeks to months to establish a new habit. During that time you just have to commit that you will do whatever it is, as you scheduled. (Some types if exercise are not always done daily).

Make it a routine

Do it at the same time every day

Keep silent about your resolutions. Don't tell anyone!
