Hi Andybp, Your kitchen is BEAUTIFUL! The marble is to die for..... with that in mind, I would go with an off white. Looks like the tile is a slightly creamy-white, so I think the gray would be too cool a shade to use. Especially if the buttery yellow is your paint color. Either grout color would look great next to your marble because it has tans and grays, so if I were deciding, I'd focus mostly on how the grout looks with the subway and wall color when deciding. I can't wait to see your finished kitchen, it's going to be gorgeous. Do you have those amazing countertops throughout the entire kitchen? P.S. I also LOVE the hardware!

LOL Nice, I was wondering if anyone would catch that!!!! Tiffy, after looking at the first ball again, it looks like your ball background is white and all your color diamonds look great right now just like it is, so I agree that the ivory could be a nice choice. Besides your grout lines are so small and close together that I don't think the grout will distract from your diamonds. Barb

I would choose denim blue. I seldom like white grout. I don't think the terra cotta would look that great with the red. Charcoal would be my second choice. The denim blue would tie all three together since a shade of blue is already in the set so that's my reasoning. Nice mosaic work! She will love them.

Hi all - thank you for the comments -- I didn't want the grout color to blend in - I guess that's what I meant by tiles popping. anyway - I went with a medium smoky tan and unfortunately got a light tan - kind of ivory -- not happy - but installer tested a corner and said he could remove the grout if I didn't like it. I don't believe that is possible without damaging the tiles - I'm not sure. I will probably go ahead with the test color because I would hate to damage the tiles. Otherwise if I feel lucky - I might change it to a darker more gray color.
