Single Wall Oven Wolf E vs M series

Looking for some actual experience here. We will have a single wall oven and planning on Wolf for alignment with other appliances.

Understand the M series capacity is slightly larger but either is fine for us. M also has the Wolf Gourmet which I’m not sure we would use much.

Beyond that, it seems the main differences are the different convection approaches (E =2 fans; M = 2 blowers at corners).

Any experience on the different convection approaches? Have read some mixed reviews on the results from the M blowers, and assume since the E model with fans are still around and being actively sold that they perform just fine.
