We are installing a bench in the courtyard for a Spanish colonial home. I have included pictures of the area where bench will be and possible bench. We are planning to add some flagstone leading to the bench. My question is, what size should the flagstone be that goes under the bench? The bench is 48 inches wide and 24 inches deep. The tape measure is the picture is 48 inches for the bench.
