Comments (9)I was actually turned off by the Langston character, so I although a I still watched it I didn't enjoy the show as much. I love most of the rest of the cast. Hope they don't try to make Danson a major character like they tried to plop in Fishbourne to do. I agree, I love NCIS - the cast seems to work so well with each other and the writers have nicely "grown" the characters over the years....See MoreNew TV shows - anybody watch?
Comments (22)Glad to hear Body of Proof is back-Like that one. I have Revenge DVRd but I haven't gotten around to watching it yet. Can't say I am thrilled to watch it and sounds like most of you weren't either. Frankly, I don't need any more new shows to get into! I love Hawaii 5-0 Don't like the new girl character, but last week she added a BIG surprise ending!! Watched 2 Broke girls-seemed okay, funny but wonder if it will last. DH's Monday night football won out this Monday so I just missed it. Saw a little of Whitney...again, okay, not sure it will last. Not sure I even want it too. The Office and Parks and Rec are also waiting in the DVR. How did I live before that???...See MoreFall TV Season
Comments (36)Designated Survivor, Pitch, maybe This is Us, 24:Legacy, and I started watching Quarry (so far, so good). The returns of Secrets and Lies, American Crime, American Crime Story (NO/Katrina), Prison Break (!). I also started the first ep of The Good Place, I like Kristen Bell, and I don't like many sitcoms. I probably won't watch Bull. I kinda thought the premier of NCIS dragged. And my usual reality competition shows, Survivor, Amazing Race, Top Chef, Project Runway, and RuPaul's Drag Race (congrats to RuPaul on the Emmy!)....See MoreRoseanne fans only!
Comments (41)Nicole, I agree. it is also the case of using athletes as role models! When did it become a thing that someone who could throw or kick a ball should be looked at with idol status? Same with actors. They play a role. I agree Mushcreek, it is very difficult to separate an actor from his true persona. I dislike Kelsey Grammer and Woody Allan now. And I now do avoid their current work. But I can't help remember that Woody's movies were all my favorites and that I watched all the episodes of Fraser. But..... in the case of Roseanne for me, it is an ensemble cast. Why not produce a spin-off the way Fraser was from Cheers etc? It worked. In this case, it is slightly different in that the location would be the same. But, I think with careful thought, I think it could be possible....See MoreRelated Professionals
