Big Tree Fantasy

Thanks to Beng, I’ve spent more time than I care to admit thinking about this. Yes, I am getting old. If you could start your garden with one mature specimen tree, what would it be?

    Quercus robur. Preferably 1000 years old and full of wildlife. Not that any tree will fit in my tiny patch but this is meant to be a fantasy.
