Can leaf Mulch replace compost in our raspberry bed ?

We are near Toronto, Canada.

Traditionally, we have purchased compost such as composted cattle manure and added it every fall to our raspberry garden. However 3 years ago we moved to a larger property with many trees and now have an over abundance of leaf mulch ( from mostly maple trees ).

As we don't use any chemical fertilizer and try to grow things as organically as possible, we would prefer to use just the leaf mulch, its guaranteed organic and free. And add some triple mix because the present plot ( we created it three seasons ago) has sunk in a bit and could use more soil.

Will the leaf mulch and triple mix provide sufficient nutrients, or should we add compost as well ? The compost wont be organic though....

We are also composting kitchen scraps, but there is not much, whatever we have will be barely enough for our vegetable garden.
