Hello houzz! Welcome to my corner of the Internet. As this is my first officiatl post, I want to introduce myself and my "why".
I'm Kyle Ozycz, an architect anchored in the Newburyport, Massachusetts area. I started my own firm, KSOarchitect, in May of 2024 and am excited to grow my business. I have worked in the architecture field for over a decade, most recently as a designer at Andrew Sidford Architects in Newburyport focused on high end contemporary design. My true passion is large coastal residential design reflecting the natural beauty and coastal lifestyle of New England. This is what drives my passion for the field and I could not imagine growing my business anywhere else.
In addition to residential design, I have experience in construction project management and am interested in pursuing an advanced degree in structural engineering to obtain an Engineering License and an Architecture License.
I have capacity to take on new referrals and clients which means if you've been thinking about that addition or renovation, now is the time! I offer a wide and comprehensive range of services, including full architectural services, physical chipboard models, 3D design/renderings and consulting. I am passionate about exploring new technologies within our industry, such as advances with 3D and AI, and applying those technologies to client work and for architectural firms who wish to advance their services.
