Comments (27)I didn't see the side yard setback requirement. Did I miss it? That's the information needed before thinking about where the garage would be located. I would guess an attached garage would start aligned with the side door and then pushed back enough to allow some windows on the side of the house. For that we need to see the floor plan. Its possible an unattached garage can be closer to the property line than an attached garage so we need that information too. So far, we don't have enough information to offer solutions. Comments (28)This is the other reno in progress, outside is finished with new siding and back huge privacy deck. Working on inside finishes now. We actually have 3 total in progress and I do second guess myself some days, so I thought I'd turn here for comments. I usually don't ask.
