Jars Sealed while in Canner

Hello Fellow Garden Enthusiasts!


I haven't canned crushed tomatoes in awhile, I've taken to freezing them instead in flat packages.

But last night I did process 7 jars in the boiling water bath.


I added 2 Tab of bottled lemon juice and packed them hot. I processed them in boiling water for 45 minutes (900 ft above sea level).


Here's my question. I noticed all but one of the jars were already sealed when I removed them from the canner. The tomatoes were boiling in the jars when I removed them, but seemed like they were already sealed.


Is this okay?
