Is this roof/gutter work acceptable?

I had one contractor (window installer) break a number of my cement roof tiles and a couple gutter spouts. I found another contractor (roofer) to repair these damages. There are 3 issues that I noticed with the repairs, and I genuinely do not know if they are real concerns, or if I an being too picky. I would welcome second opinions.

1) All of the replaced tiles are a pretty different color. Below you can clearly see 4 that were replaced... they look more red/brown than grey. I know that these things have to be salvaged from junkyards, so I feel like I should not be so picky. But I also know that I had a similar repair done 2 years ago by a different roofer, and they had no problem matching the colors.

2) A replaced ridge tile is absolutely COVERED in moss and is also a slightly different color, so again ends up not matching at all. It's actually visible in the shot above, but below is a closer angle.

3) The replaced gutter downspouts have massive globs of some sort of white sealant at the angle joints. The sealant is (a) a color mismatch and (b) not even close to being flush, it protudes more than 1/4". None of the other downspouts on my house have this issue.
