hmmm, not sure. The finish for sure matches, but the top one has much more graceful curves and the wrought iron is rounded. The second one has tighter curves and the iron is flatter. JMHO I think it depends on how close together they will hang. I think that overall what you are describing sounds very nice and either would be a nice addition. I am just not so sure that they are a match together. There aren't any matches (i.e more in the collection) to the top one you are in love with?

main reason being i am not a carpet person due to allergies. so that has got to go (70% home is on carpet). and since carpet will be removed, i might as well just change all the rest of laminate flooring all in one go - this is going to be a once-in-a-lifetime project and i dont intend to repeat such major remodeling work after i move in

Unfortunately I didn't take any photos when I saw the slab here in SoCal. But, I don't think I would recommend the New Carrara. The slabs have been coming in quite gray. AZ tile will admit it. We were deciding between New Carrara and Calacatta Zeus. The 12" samples we got made us think for sure New Carrara veining but when we saw them in person, Calacatta Zeus was actually really lovely. Bigger movements of more subtle light grey veining. Carrara was a lot more activity with all over swirls. And again, very grey. We did slate colored lower cabinets and so happy we got more contrast with the white countertops. It also matches very well with our white upper cabinets. That all being said.. I don't see Calacatta Zeus on Arizona Tile's website any longer. I know there have been issues with the tariffs being put into place, but if you can grab some slabs, do it!

Frankly, nobody should purchase a marble top for a bath vanity. This is always a match/ blend issue as tile and slabs come from different sources. It's virtually impossible. Marble baths benefit from a simple plain quartz top on the vanity. Knock yourself out with marble everywhere else. Porcelain and the real deal stone will ALWAYS disappoint, Every. Single. Time. No bath should be demolished until every needed material has been selected and checked for compatibility. Or this delay is also a guarantee.
