Need Tool to Cut Out PVC Pipe

I have a PVC pipe that is stuck inside of a device that pressure locks it into place. This system includes a metal slide to free the pipe and slide it out, but that device is not working, so I need to figure out a way to cut this PVC pipe out. Ideally I would need needle nose cutters, so that I could cut and then force the cutter deeper into the pipe. I find lots of needle nose pliers, and many short head cutters with long handles, but I am not finding a cutter that is on a long metal needle nose head. If you can think of another tool that is well suited for this job please let me know what that is.
