Salt & Vinegar zucchini chips?

Just saw this recipe for Salt & Vinegar zucchini chips posted in a suggested group on FB: Will this work or is it like those FB posts that tell you to plant a banana with your potatoes so that you'll get orange roses on your rhubarb.?

zucchini thinly sliced, about 2 medium, stems removed

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil

2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons coarse sea salt or Celtic salt

Optional: sprinkle with sea salt once layer on tray.

Make marinade, pour over sliced raw zucchini slices, mix well, lay on dehydrator sheets. I added a little salt on top
