Comments (2)One of my favorites is Powell Buff by Benjamin Moore. And it is shown on the BM website as having brown as an accent color. Do not go by the computer color on their website. Comments (1)I don’t think having each half be a different color is a good idea. Maybe paint them the same color (yes, consider painting the siding the color of the brick). These homes have yellow brick, but they are more charming (sorry) because they’re one material. Landscaping would do wonders, it always does. Paint the front door a fun color, make the front more inviting. Inspiration for beauty, appeal and colors: LOOOVE the red with the brick. Never would have thought of it, that green tile roof looks spectacular with the brick. Comments (25)Glad to hear that mid century has some appeal. The main upside I see is that this entrance facade lends itself to a midcentury modern upgrade. Midcentury featured materials (wood, brick, etc) in honest and straight forward ways. Natural wood siding on the upper gable end, a midcentury entrance (door, more natural wood, lighting, and numerals) are relatively inexpensive upgrades.
