I love the high ceiling, it is a very dramatic space and I think a large chandelier/pendant light over the sofa/coffee table area would look great. I don't see an existing electric junction box in the ceiling in the photo. If you wanted to have one installed in the ceiling, it might be a costly project since they would run the wiring behind the sheet rock on the ceiling and need to install a switch somewhere in the wall. In addition, if you have popcorn ceilings (can't really tell from the image) and they need to cut away at parts of the ceiling to install the electrics, you will never get an exact match of the ceiling texture and you would probably need to have the entire ceiling painted. An easier and cheaper route would be to go with exposed conduits, which is probably not the look you want since it's not an industrial space - also whether or not this violates construction code in your area.

@Wdccruise Thank you for sharing those links i found more for island/dinning table chandeliers. I am not sure what the right term is for stair chandelier that is spiral. I’ll check links in detail maybe they might have something that i am looking for

You can not select without the ACTUAL plan for the bath, with all elements size considered. A Path between vanity and shower? that had better be a wide one, as there are codes for hanging lights near bathing. A "plan" is all of it......., layout ,dimensions, finishes, flavor. There is no such thing as "roughly" , INCHES matter to the extreme, as does all the rest. Your buggy is out front of the horse.
