How do I get a full canner load?
Comments (3)I've done triple on the Roasted tomato garlic soup. I don't bother with a cookie sheet. I use my broiler pan with 2 inch sides. Even roasting one pan, setting it aside and let it cool down before blending while you roast another. Let it cool flat on the cookie sheet. Don't try to mix it all up. When the second batch is finished blend all together and add herbs and broth. It all must be heated anyway before putting in jars....See MoreHow do I deal with update notifications/requests
Comments (4)If this happened to me, I would do the following. I would PRINT SCREEN, PASTE the image into my graphics program, and crop the image so it contained only the popup. Is indoor potting soil OK?
Comments (2)These plants are slow growers. They grow into a pile and then the pile spills over the sides eventually. They require a lot more sunlight then typical succulents and they like it warm. I have mine in a south facing window on a second floor. You can see new pearls budding and growing upwards toward the sun. It's quite lovely. :) The thing with the soil is that you want it to completely dry out before watering. Don't water these until the pearls start to pucker. Next time you repot, use a succulent/cactus mix with course sand or perlite mixed in. You can also try mixing your indoor potting soil with some course sand or perlite...maybe 60/40 mix. Also, I recommend terracotta pots because they wick the excess moisture away. Good luck and have fun with your pearls....See MoreI love getting notifications from 12 year old threads.
Comments (8)I do too. I enjoy the blast from the past with many names I remember being active on the forum. Sometimes the posts are valid with true updates or the same issue being discussed . This last one was mostly legit and interesting but the final post I saw was some super duper word salad. Entertaining at least, I think?...See More- last yearlast modified: last year
