Which curtains should I get?

I'm having trouble deciding what curtains I should get for the windows on either side of my bed. I need them to be blackout curtains and initially thought a neutral color like beige (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BR6ZSZ6D/?coliid=ISD3E9HO1Z9YB&colid=152NA4HWOUYFL&ref_=list_c_wl_lv_ov_lig_dp_it&th=1) with black curtain rods would look good but now I think it might be too much of the same color in the space? I'm also looking at these https://www.quince.com/home/coastal-stripe-linen-cotton-blackout-curtain?color=ivory%2Fblue and these https://www.potterybarn.com/products/riviera-stripe-blackout-drape-navy/?_br_psugg_q=striped%20curtains. Any opinions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I think the bed needs to be moved if possible it makes the space look really busy or you do a wall of drapes all across that wall behind the bed in a color from some new bedding that fits the bed. Waht is the deal with the bed like what is the white and then the dark base ? Was this a platform bed you added a box spring to? You also need much taller bigger lamps .

I love your big ceiling..

Do you love the bed? It feels huge in the space. But maybe it fits I just can not tell by the one photo. Could you take some photos of the space? Other sides of the room?

I'm keeping the material on my couch until I replace all furniture, but that won't be till next year. Yes, I want to replace those valances, don't like them anymore. the whole house is sorta country theme...it's placed on 26 acres, those windows overlook the acreage/pond/our horses. It's a living room w/TV. The wall color looks more yellow undertones than tan (like the beige curtain), so it clashes a little on my screen. That may not be so in real like though. I think something in that light linen/flax coloring would look nice. The white pops a bit more but may not go with the rest of your furnishings as well.

At least in colder zones, Edith's Darling is a small growing rose that is a front of the bed plant that wouldn't approach anything near 5X5'. I've never noticed much fragrance from Stars & Stripes Forever though I have a poor nose. You may have better results that I did for the Clements series of roses in zone 6, but when we were zone 5b none of that series overwintered well for me including Louise. Of what you listed, I would join the recommendations for Earth Angel. It's reliably healthy, comfortably 5' tall (though perhaps a bit more narrow), very disease resistant to blackspot, and cane hardy in your zone. It blooms profusely all season but as others have mentioned the fragrance is mild at best. The same characteristics apply to Bliss Parfuma - even with the Parfuma in the name it's only mildly fragrant. Most of the time we don't get everything we're looking for in a rose so you need to pick which of your characteristics is your highest priority. If you want a highly fragrant rose, those are more likely characteristics of old garden roses or some hybrid teas. Since you need to do black out curtains, you might look at doing a beige or linen color and then getting rods that more blend in with your paint so that the black rods for drapes won't compete with the black rods on the bed frame.
