wood floors with tannin bleed

last month

We have milled ourselves, siberain elm, quarter sawn, t&g flooring. We are having a very hard time with the finish. We have used and failed at both bona nordic and bona natural sealers. 2 things seem to be running against us 1) tannin bleed 2)arrid, dry conditions(we live in CO at 10,000 ft). Any suggestions on what our next attempt should be? Bona natural primer with bona blocker followed by 3 traffic hd(extra matte). Honestly, feeling very over and defeated by bona. looking for suggestions, I know siberian elm is a bit out of there. But it seems to have some characteristics of white oak. Thank you!
