kitchen remodel

last month

Hi, some expert advice.
Have a small condo with an extra small kitchen.
The kitchen currently has one side and then a peninsula.

I want to remove the peninsula and do a galley kitchen.
This would include moving the range to opposite side.
The look is good. We like the flow of space. It also enables us to extend cabinets out into dining area.

Here is the issue;
The total width is 90”
Minus 24” cabinets on both sides we are left with 42”

The slide in range dimensions posts 48 7/8” with door fully open.
This only leaves 17” of leg room if one wants to stand directly in front.
Too tight??

Alternatively, I’m thinking of a built in. Haven’t checked those dimensions as of yet.
