What color gutter for wood fascia/metal roof?
Comments (22)When a poster asks about interior or exterior finishes it's always a help to know and understand all of the other finish choices, since they all have to be harmonious with each other. We still don't know what your exterior wall material and finish will be, and that will have a major effect on the color of gutters and downspouts. If your exterior siding and finish will be some sort of "natural" color, then I think the suggestion above to paint both gutters and downspouts a copper color is a good solution. Ron's suggestion of one color for the gutter, matching the natural stain finish, and a second color for the downspouts, matching the siding finish, is also a good possibility. Good luck on your project....See MoreHelp! Getting new roof/gutters, want advice on exterior colors/columns
Comments (5)Yes the pillars are structural I am not sure if they are all needed but that will be determined by a pro. As for colors A nice shade of gray/ green with that roof and brick will be nice I would remove the shutters since most of them are too small anyway.Your gutters need to be the same color as the roof they are not a design element.Maybe just wood cladding for the pillars painted the same as the trim in the green some nice big planters by the door with seasonal plantings and then decide on a door color...See MoreHelp problem solve a roof line/gutter overhang for motorized screens
Comments (1)Sorry not sure what the issue is , maybe take some pics from the other side and further back. IMO motorized screens really do not do much for bug control since the little buggers find the gaps. I also would not like the screen behind my grill. I need pictures of the whole space and how the spaces all relate to eachother...See MoreNew roof. Need color for trim, guttering, patio. New front door soon.
Comments (2)Is the new roof on already? If you are going to be replacing it and want suggestions, you should narrow down your choices to two or three and post pictures of the samples. There are too many brands for us to be making suggestions about roofing. We don't know what's available to you and what your price range is. Another thing that would help you get more comments is posting a closer up picture of the brick. Not one foot away, but 5-10 feet away in good light. What is the question exactly about the patio and where is it? Post a picture of it or where you are considering putting it....See MoreRelated Professionals
