I’d start with removing the shutters and updating the landscaping.
I love the idea of extending the porch too and possibly painting the trim and siding down the line.
As well as new lighting fixtures and a new door.
I mean options are endless.

Thank you so much for the feedback. Since the main door is towards right end of the home, I’m not sure how to design the porch so that the entire home looks bigger and better. Could you please share any photos just to give an idea. That’ll be helpful.

I usually love shutters. But yours are detracting from your pretty home. Yes to landscaping - remove that tree that’s partially blocking the window. I’d paint the grey board area closer to coordinate with your stone.

Thank you! I was planning to remove shutters and replace the planks with same color brick - so that it all looks uniform in the front. Just looking for ideas as to how to make the entrance of the home more better.
