I’d say echeveria. 25 is pretty cold but good if it seems ok. if you are worried you could throw a rag over it on the coldest nights or put under an eave or bush/tree which i do on mine sometimes Or really spoil it and bring it insde until spring.

Thanks. I am surprised it came through 25F with no damage, though. Can you be specific about Echevaria versus Sempervivum? Looks a lot like Sempervivum Hens and Chicks. For Echevaria, the leaves are very rounded. But maybe 'Fleur Blanc'?

Echeveria Pearl von Nurnberg, its the leaf’s spoon shape and the center rosette’s color that make me say that. If you give it more sun it should turn purple/pink. I’ll add a photo of mine outside. I’m currently testing my garden areas to find out how cold they actually are. Those cold tolarences are more of a guide than a rule and they are mostly a rule to have zero damage to your plant. I dont mind damage.
