cottage exterior colour

Looking for advise on exterior colour. Wanting this off grid cottage to blend in seamlessly with the natural surroundings.

That seems like it would mean some shade of brown or deeper green. There's mostly windows on this side, which makes sense with the view, but makes it hard to picture color. Do you have a shot of the other side, especially including the roof?

Your house is a bungalow style, so if you haven’t already, do searches for ’bungalow exterior colors’ … ’stucco bungalow exterior colors’ … ’stucco cottage exterior colors’ … terms like that. Once you get a few ideas, just look up any stucco house style … ’stucco exterior colors’ for more that could work on yours. Limitless possibilities with a house like this — what looks do you like? What feel are you going for? Charming cottage, stark black and white, organic and natural, beachy, earth tones, funky boho, whimsical, quiet, etc? The roof is a non-entity, anything can work around a gray metal roof. I’m in Texas, they’re used often here, and are just a neutral background. I like these greens, but without knowing your preferences it’s hard to advise. Additional photos including,colours being considered, outbuildings would be painted to match, roof is currently grey but will be replaced in a few years so no need to match.

Green would look great. Especially in the autumn and winter months but will blend into the surroundings in the spring and summer.

I tend to like happy colors for a cottage, for sure not black, or dark green. I like either of the bottom two colors on your list of colors being considered.

I really like the greens you're testing, with a dark brown or charcoal trim.

Beverly's comment above matches my thinking. She is suggesting greys to match the bark colour.

I'm going to suggest the colour of trees and moss on rocks etc - so a greyed green is my vote. We did this at our own cottage and when the leaves are on the trees, you can hardly see the cottage from a distance. It all blends in well.

Here are some choices that might work for you;

Benjamin Moore Avon green or something similar with lots of grey in it.

BM Herb Bouquet

BM site suggests these two as coordinating colours:

Coventry Grey and Paper white.

The Maine classic cabin is weathered wood (ie transparent stain or semi-transparent brown) with forest green trim. It goes really well with woods. I would not do black. A green for the siding and a brown stain on all the deck might look good.
