Brand new white Viatera quartz countertops have streaks allover them

I just had these installed 5 days ago. Yesterday under natural light coming in from my kitchen window, I noticed these odd streaks allover them. I tried using a damp microfiber towel and some dish soap but it did not remove them. I then used Weiman quartz cleaner and alot of elbow grease, but it did not take them off. The weird thing is if I put my thumb on any of these spots and rub back and forth really hard, it seems to remove it. I contacted the installer, who simply sent me Viatera's care and maintenance page which recommends the following cleaners:

Some generally accepted cleaning products for routine "Care and Maintenance" of Viatera include:

  • Windex Multi-Surface Cleaner
  • Simple Green (lime-scale remover)
  • Diluted vinegar-type cleaners
  • Greased Lightning
  • Formula 409 Glass and Surface Cleaner
  • Lysol products

I'm worried at this point to try other stuff on this counter that could make this worse, and then get blamed by the installer/Viatera that it was my fault. Any suggestions?
