We are getting a skinny end table at the right. The other side of the room is a short wall with a tv shelving unit and a staircase. It’s A split. The couch is staying there. I will be searching for a new rug with blues in it. Thinking of doing a triptych of landscape watercolors behind the couch with gold framing. Getting a rectangle coffee table with gold legs and either a black or white top. There is a fireplace on the right out of view with black slate on the lip. So I am thinking blues, greys, golds maybe black and white. This couch was a compromise for my husband and I. Not my first choice but we need ample seating as this is the only wall we can have a couch.
