I’m optioning to paint my roomy powder bath a mid shade green/gray and want to do the walls and trim in 5e same semi- gloss color. I’m adding some picture molding as well. That said,

1. should I paint the ceiling as well? Or leave that white/lighter?
2. Also, should I paint the interior side of the door and trim?

I’ve seen it both ways and from a repaint standpoint down the road, I prefer not to paint the door. However, if I don’t paint the door, should I not paint the immediate door trim and leave that same as the door?
