Wedding in early March in MA…so, still winter. Still hunting for a non-black dress, which is NOT easy. Some that I’ve considered — keep in mind that I am short so these would come probably just above the knee.

I suspect #3 will look like a sack but I love the green/black fabric.

And #4 looks casual at first glance but has rhinestone flower shaped buttons at the waist and some sparkly threads in the fabric.

I would love to wear knee high black boots and tights, but that’s not gonna work with a dress like #1 or #2. What would I wear with a blue dress? Blue heels and…nude hose?

It is not a very formal wedding. It’s at 4 pm and ends at 9, I think. Again, cold, potentially snow on the ground or, even better, slush and mud.
