Oh dear...between my cousin's digestive issues and his son's and GF's veganism, my standard pumpkin pie...which I'll bring anyway...won't do it for them. It needs to be

Anyone have suggestions? I was thinking of maybe some kind of fruit crisp like apple and/or berry with a gluten-free topping for the crisp part and I see silk makes a vegan, dairy-free whipping cream...
