Even though we hit 15F last winter, the latest revised USDA Hardiness Zone still changed my garden from 8B to 9A. Does that mean I can buy more new plants? LOL.

I’m at the 22% percentile, I guess that’s decent.
My USDA hardiness is also 9B. Socal, I learned the hard way that pllumerias aren’t hardy here, they died last winter. I think the USDA hardiness is just one factor in whether a plant will be successful. The Sunset zones provide so much better info, but I think they only cover Western states;
