I had a company located in Sandy UT install countertops in my house this past week. They broke 1/3 of the material, installed things upside down, and there is all sorts of damage. What are my options here? They're pushing back and saying this is normal. I want my deposit back and want them to remove what they've done so I can have another fabricator do the job. If they don't agree to that by this Monday I have already put a lawsuit in motion. All sinks in home are currently unplumbed.
