Is $1300 an average price to REINSTALL a piece of my granite?

We are in the middle of an insurance claim. Kitchen flooded due to dishwasher and damaged hardwood floors, cabinets, etc.

They successfully removed my granite piece that sat on top of my dishwasher and included the sink, etc. without damaging my backsplash tile (which was a miracle).

Received a quote from my cabinet store that I've always worked with to reinstall the granite for $1,300. Just wondering if my insurance company will balk at this or if it is the average price for Ohio.
