A console table would be nice on that wall. Line the jugs up under it. You could move the chair closer to the corner or less of an angle..it's right leg looks like a potential toe stubber lol.

Artwork with some of your pale mustard yellow in it would be nice over the table. And a table lamp to illuminate it. I like a pastoral scene in an entry because it just seems homey.

This is a canvas print but explore street fairs, local coffee houses, bookstores and galleries for an original by a local artist. It would make a great first impression and a conversation starter.

Tha sample Pathway Sanctuary is a little too matchy. It is called a canvas print because the image is printed on canvas and never looks like a real painting.

With a fine print, or litho (from lithography), the idea of having an original is moot.

Both of these sources are trusted here on Houzz and we have some nice canvas prints from gbc, but one is a poster and the other a photo...not meant to look like oils.

I would put a coat tree in the corner and a glass top narrow console table with the jugs underneath and small lamp on top. If room, at far end of table away from door a simple ladder-back chair would give someone a place to sit.

Hi, I would definitely add a console on that wall its can look really nice and it's also functional. The armchair seems a bit of to me I would change the angle for sure but maybe getting a bench something that is a bit less heavy in the area and doesn't take as much space. Adding a mirror or artwork would be great above the console tracefloyd gave some good examples for artwork.
