Just wondering your thoughts on these two, cylindrical lamps. i inherited them. not quite sure. thanks very much!

    I like them, but don't think that is the right spot for them.


    Why is that console sitting sort of awkwardly partly on/partly off the window. Would there be a better spot for it? Thanks.
