This is a 1957 home with brick trim (see pic of chimney) and clay / terrecotta tile roof. i had the "un-bright" idea to paint the patio terrecotta as a temporary insanity fix. The dust is endless and paint peels. My option may only be to tile over it but with what? brick might not be mid-century. a gray paver or slate. what does not show dust and is 1950's style.. any ideas? please. im so tired of washing the patio.
