Today I hit my 502nd consecutive day of tracking my meals, calories and macros on the Lose It app. It has become second nature and what I dont know or can’t look up I weigh on my digital kitchen scale.
We had DD’s fam for the weekend so my food choices were far more liberalthan the norm. I will be walking as much as I‘m able this week to make sure those”fun” meals don’t turn into far-from-fun pounds.
